This was a great sandwich. I'd get one again. But after living 12 years in Miami, I can promise you that nobody who knows Cuban food would call this a ""medianoche"" (midnight). I'm puzzled why Paseo named it that, because the only similarity is pork. Paseo uses french bread, a mayo spread, cilantro, grilled onions, and pulled pork. Every medianoche I've ever had was cuban-style egg bread, sliced pork, serrano ham, swiss cheese, and a few sliced pickles. No grilled onions, and definitely no cilantro. And a medianoche is grilled on a sandwich press--essentially a Cuban panini. All that notwithstanding, even though this isn't an ""authentic"" cuban midnight sandwich, it was really, really good.
Pros: great pork sandwich
Cons: lines can be long, parking is tight
