All around wonderful experience, I have used Drew twice now in the search for a new a rental. He knows the Inner Loop ares very well (Museum/Montose?Heights), is totally up front with you (stuff to stay away from/if what you want is way out of your budget, etc), and always makes himself available around your schedule-truly recommend for your renting needs!
