We met some friends for a party of 6 last week on a slow weeknight. The restaurant was never half full. I really thought I would hate this place, especially after reading the previous reviews, but I really couldn't. We had good service and the food was pretty good, but not great. Overall, it was overpriced, but they clearly need to pay for all the expensive decor (one of the private bar rooms upstairs is wallpapered with REAL ALLIGATOR SKIN). This restaurant IS stunning - totally like a Vegas spot. The Monte Cristo sandwich app was soggy, but my filet was good. The sides were small and unimpressive, except the truffle french fries, which were AMAZING (but still small). The bar rooms upstairs seem like an amazing place to hang out or throw a party if you want to drop $5000 to rent out the space...
Pros: decor, hot-spot ambience
Cons: expensive, overpriced
