My cat was seen there back in October of 2005. At that visit the handle of my cat carrier was broken off by tech staff. I've received the run-around from them since and they still have not replaced the broken carrier. Staff there could not care less about anything accept when they get off the clock - at least that's what they vocalize. And my regular vet there has gone on the better things. I, of course, will not allow them to treat my pets any longer. Look for another clinic is me rec.
