Although the facility was exremely busy and we had to wait a few mintues, once we got to a representative we were out fairly quickly. They had great customer service and apologized for any inconvience the little wait caused, which wasn't too long. They still managed to make us feel like we were the only ones there and explained everything we needed to know! I would defiantely recommend this facility!
