My two friends and I recently had dinner at Travis. The waitress could not have made more mistakes if she tried. My friend questioned the waitress thoroughly about the dish she wanted to order to ascertain it was ""juicy"" and not dry. The waitress brought the dinners before the soup. When reminded we had not had our soup...the dinners went back and the soup was brought. I ordered a tuna sandwich on untoasted bread.....the bread was stale and hard. My friend who asked for the ""juicy"" stir fry was served stir fry which was not at all juicy. At this point the manager came over to the table and was very very rude and insisted that my friend pay for her stir fry......even tho my friend did not want it.
This restaurant has forgotten that the customer expects good service and good food..........neither of which are available at Travis!!!!!!!!!!!!
