My husband and I decided to spend our 15th Anniversary at the Nicollet Island Inn. We were expecting a wonderful experience as we had in previous years. Much to our dismay, alot has changed and not for the better. Our hostess was not friendly or helpful and acted as if herding cattle without much thought. When our food arrived, late, it was dry and tasteless, our server didn't much care but seemed more interested in finishing us up as quickly as possible. We were not asked how everything was and frankly we did not want to waste another moment of our special day. We won't be back and would not recommend it to anyone wanting more than below average food quality/service.
