We tried to use Mile High last year. After 6 no shows we gave up! Each time no one showed, I would call to find out why. I always got the same answer ""I don't know, we can schedule you next week"". On my 6th call we found out they had our address wrong - it was one that didn't exist... however, no one told me this, and no one ever called when they couldn't find our house?!?!?!? Never again!
