I was able to schedule carpet cleaning easily and promptly. All of the stains I pointed out before the cleaning started had been removed when I did my check. Overall the cleaning was well done and the men were friendly, respectful, and professional. However, it is important to do a thorough check for stains before the crew leaves, since some were not handled by the general cleaning. When I pointed out a couple of stains that had been missed, the crew immediately removed them.
