We got there 15 mins before our scheduled massage (they requested this so that we could fill in paper work) and were taken to a dark and dingy corner where there was no available seating. The atmosphere was not relaxing and the place was musty and dark. In addition, the bathroom does not have a working lock! (I found out the hard way).
We waited for 15 mins after our scheduled appointment time before our room was ready and it was a let down. The sheets were so thin you could see through them (so much for privacy through draping), the table was not comfortable (you could feel the ridges), and the towels lining the face rest were rough. Spa Sasse was not at all like the other places I've gotten massages at.
Overall, this was not a good experience and I will not be going back.
Cons: Dark, damp, & dingy, not relaxing/spa-like, locks don't work!
