Scooters was never one of my favorites, but it has definitely gone down hill over the past year or so. Don't order steaks or beef items, and the meat tastes funny. I can only guess they've changed suppliers and aren't getting the same quality meat. A shame becasue their ""Great Events Steak Salad"" was a great lunch item.
Service is always slow but usually polite. Management is poor and uncaring if you make any comments to them about the quality of food/service.
Soups are a VERY strong point. If they have something which sounds appealing to your tastes you won't be disappointed.
