They're so into ABSOLUTE Perfection, but they make a terrible mistake: they let it show.
Every time I go, I'm almost quaking in my shoes, worrying that my waiter might make evern the tiniest mistake... in which case, he/she will be absolutely REAMED by the owner/manager. If they're reading this:
1) Never do your corrections in public.
2) Never DIS your own employees, they appear to the cust as part of YOUR team, you demean your whole place whenever you do this.
3) Allow smiles.
4) Keep Cooking, Keep the wonderful room: you're my very absolute favorite... even if my wife is now TOO INTIMIDATED TO COME WITH ME.
