I went to Santa Rosa Tile because they are diamond certified. I was not pleased to find sales people who were not familiar with the products. The staff seemed a little trashy, and were dressed innapropriately. Some of the tile is cheap, but the quality is very low. My tile was ordered incorrectly twice and the third time it was a completely different color than the sample. I will not be using this company for any of my projects in the future.
Cons: Bad atmosphere, not knowledgeable, bad quality
