A rough diamond in progress. Beautiful room with standard comfort food offerings from duck confit, pulled pork to shrimp scampi. Amazing 24 oz. cowboy ribeye for the famished as well as the dry aged NY steak. Great Colorado lamb chops and combo pork selection too. Sides of Mac and Cheese and creamed spinach were not up to the local standards (and not family sized as described by the waitress). Don't want to sound too negative since we enjoyed our experience but as they said this is a "soft opening" so keep up the good work and make this a great success!
Pros: Great Ambience, Good food, GOOD SERVICE
Cons: Wine service
