I've always had great service and luck with Best Buy. I purchased a laptop from them a few years ago. The employee was extremely willing to help me learn which was the right computer for me. He tried to sell me things but didn't push anything on me and would take no for an answer when I said it. I recently had a problem w/ my laptop and took it back in, they sent it away and fixed it for nothing because of my warrenty. They've informed me on the steps they were taking and were great through it all!!
