We recently visited Ruby Falls. It was okay, but I had read on yahoo that you get herded down into the caverns and back like cattle. And yes to confirm, YOU DO!!!\r

The tourguide was so generic. Nothing spectacular. The tickets were included with our hotel stay. So the price wasnt too bad. But it wasnt all that great.\r

It kept the kids busy. I dont like the way they get you down in the caverns and first thing, take your photo and as soon as you come out they run show you your photo and request $15.\r

Other than that it was okay.
PROS: Keeps the kids busy
CONS: Souvineer photos not great and its so rush rush
