Village Park is located in a neighborhood setting on the northeast side of Ann Arbor, sufficiently away from the U of M campus. There is easy access to highways, and numerous nearby grocery stores and gas stations. The apartments themselves are fairly nice, with each unit having an individual washer and dryer. The price is a bit steep (apartments start at close to $900 per month) but it is a nice area to live in, and they do offer discounts for referrals and other affiliations. Maintenance is usually fairly quick, but the leasing staff isn't the most friendly I've encountered.
