Westcott Buick Pontiac Isuzu GMC is a nightmare I hope I never have to have again. I took my vehicle to Westcott for some minor body repair. According to their literature they have the #1 rated body shop in Alamance County. Well, they didn't get that rating from me. I had to return the vehicle 3 times for "shabby" work, and each time the customer service got worse. I had to argue about the inadequate work, as well as rental car accomodations. Finally, I had to talk to the general manager and things didn't get much better. The quality of work was not as advertised, and the service was much worse.
