I was looking for a new dry clean and based on the reviews; I decided to try Four Seasons. The experience was extremely mixed. Some clothes were cleaned well but once I took my clothes home I noticed that one of my shirts had tears in the back of it. When I brought it to their attention, they denied doing it. Then the owner admitted to it (stating it happened during the cleaning process) but said it was my housekeeper's fault (due to how it was previously laundered). She offered to have it fixed (at my expense) then reluctantly offered a $10 discount (note: I had just paid them over $200 as a new customer). Although she admitted the rip occurred during their care, she kept telling me how they were NOT responsible for it. Go with caution; don't expect good customer service or them to take ANY responsibility.
