The atmosphere at La Dolce Vita was authentic, but perhaps a little to open; not appropriate for sharing an intimate conversation with ones wife. The service was prompt and polite: the food, however; was lacking. I ordered the ""meat"" calzone, and my wife had ravioli. The calzone was chewy and bland, the meat in my ""meat"" calzone was sparse, and the crust was burnt on the bottom. The ricotta in both the calzone and the ravioli, however; was great. We had hot chocolate as well, and it was HOT! My burnt calzone definitely did not taste any better with a burnt tongue. The bread, though basic, was amazing.
Pros: Bread
Cons: Hot/Burnt Food
