I had never been to Cloud 9, but a friend recommended me. I was not sure exactly what I wanted, but i knew it had to be different. I went in for hightlights and a cut. My hair was pretty blah, and I needed something professional for when I get out of graduate school. Rebecca made me look fabulous! It didn't cost me a fortune either. She told me what products to use and why to use them, without selling me stuff I didn't need. She was great and taught me a little about how to care for my hair! Thanks!!!!
