Unless you're in the market for new clothes, I wouldn't recommend using Highpoint. My husband and I have had a number of clothing items lost or misplaced. After one incident, I tried calling the manager and left several messages over the course of a month and never received a call back. When I told him that I can't afford to keep going to a cleaners where my clothes are lost he said that if that's the case, there'd be no reason for him to process a reimbursement for my lost clothes since I wasn't coming back to the cleaners. Needless to say, the service is not great.
