Let me start by saying that visiting Reed's Indoor Range was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
My father, brother and I arrived there on Sunday (March 22, 2006) and were asked to fill the papers. After we were done, one of the workers asked my father one question about the form my father just signed and he could not answer (English is not his mother tongue). At this point the employee torn the form my father just filled in front of us and told us that we would not be allowed to shoot. After I started asking what happened, another employee told me (quote): You are going to get out of here right now, how about that?
We all are deeply insulted. We did not deserve it. We spoke politely from the beginning to the end of the whole incident.
