Start to finish, my meal at Bin 54 was outstanding. Attentive and friendly service. The tuna tartare was sublime, the watercress salad was delicious, my ribeye steak was tender and flavorful, my wife's hanger steak (what I got of it) was mouthwatering. The real standout is the sides. I know it's a little thing, but they are always such an afterthought for steakhouses and there's were great. Spinach, Sweet Potatoes, and King Trumpet Mushrooms for those keeping score at home. I'd rather spend a bit more at Bin than walk out of other steakhouses iritated about the service or the food.
