Bought a spa from them and when I picked it up they did not have the $300 cover I also bought. Was told it was there twice and went to pick it up and it was not there. Second time they said someone sold our cover to another party. First time it was not there. Manager offered to deliver it on Sat by noon. Never showed up and when I called said it did not come from the warehouse. These people do not know how to use a phone and call a customer when they will not meet their own promise. My salesman was good but the rest of the people have no customer relations training. Bad experience on my part.
