When I first moved to the area I was a big fan of Panda Inn for oriental cuisine, then it was Crystal Palace. I've tried a lot of really bad eats in between, but then they built this place in Knightdale. I have friends that drive from Durham just to eat here. It's family-run and they take great pains to provide excellent service - we order take-out almost every Friday, and only once was there an entree missing, and they not only provided a free item the following visit, they gave us free soup also. They have unbelievable selection for both Chinese and Japanese food, and everything is fresh, MSG-free, and has excellent presentation. If you like it spicy, ask for the homemade red sauce.
