I've been going to the same hair stylist in Chicago for 11 years and was terrified to take a chance on someone else here in DC. I found JOE on Citysearch and was impressed with all the great reviews. So I made an appt and he is brilliant! It's unbelievable the miracle he performed on my hair! It's beautiful...he's incredibly talented and passionate about hair! I love him ! He's my new best friend. I trust him completely and will be back for more!!
