This is a beautiful luxury development with views of the grand Rocky Mountain Continental Divide. From my own point of view, lot 3 will have one of the best views of this Mountain terrain when they are done with the luxury custom home in the Summer of 2006. I have hiked all over this mountain property and personally like the back hidden lots of 18-20. Building a home on this acreage part offers hidden rocks that can be built within the house. It's what I imagine when I'm walking through these parts of this luxury real estate development.
