This was my first time experiencing Sushi in Nebraska. I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness of the fish. However, the rolls were ""rolled"" extremely loosely and often came apart all over the place. The taste was still pretty good though. My only other complaint was that I had to order the ""House Sake"" 3 times before I actually received it.
