I bought both a engagement setting, diamond, and a diamond bracelet in 2000. My wife wears the bracelet daily and has lost a diamond in 2002, broke the clasp in 2004, and recently broke another clasp. As I said, she never takes it off! Calvin has replaced the diamond and fixed the clasp twice at no charge. His customer service is the best. THat is why I will buy from him and the saleperson Kathy in the future.
