I bought a new reclining sofa in 10/05. 12/05 they ended up replacing it when the upholstry began to fall off. 2/05 the reclining mechanism on the new one is broken. Every 2-3 months I have a service call for a couch. Couches aren't supposed to break down. I was warned about Value City Furniture but I gave them a chance. Live and learn.
