The ambience is magnificent. A sunken dining room has a fountain that sits in front a large screen projecting views of various cities around the world, a fiber-optics ceiling that gives the impression of a starlit sky above you, and elegant, comfortable seating. For smokers, the seating around the bar is no less impressive. A large mural covers the walls behind large, raised booths, giving an upbeat mood to the room. And the food is wonderful. From appetizers to desserts, the taste and value are remarkable. Speaking of desserts, the Cities Sundae doesn't make the dessert tray for showing, but it's possibly the best dessert.
