I wrote the following review several months ago after a negative experience at the salon. I cannot believe that the salon is trying to imply that my poor review is a product of a competing salon. I would suggest they listen to their customers who had poor experiences and try to address the issues to make improvements.
I just moved to Arizona and went to Mood Swings after hearing all the hype. My stylist was terrible, after 45 minutes of trying to simply cut long layers into my hair she made it look extremely choppy and uneven. I tried to get her to fix it for another half hour, but she kept making it worse so I told her to forget it and left with a terrible cut! A few weeks later I got my hair done for a wedding and the new stylist commented on what a bad job my previous stylist had done, so I know it wasn't just in my head! Besides that, the attitude and atmosphere were horrible: my stylist was rude and the air conditioning in the middle of the summer was not working -- I would never recommend this salon!
