I purchased 4 new tires from this store less than a year ago. They did not have the advertised tires in stock that I came to purchase. I was rushed through the decision making process and ended up purchasing the stores inferior label on the suggestion of the sales rep. These tires are *awful*!! They were installed improperly and constantly are in need of air replacement. I did not (and will not) return to the store to complain because I am told they will insist that my 2002 chrome rims are bad and try to sell me new ones - when in fact, the simple fix was to wire brush the edges of the rims so that the tires get a better seal. This should be part of their routine with their chrome customers, I feel. Bottom line: they do not take the time to make sure the customers are satisfied. it's a numbers game with them. I recommend Just Tires on Sepulveda in Torrance instead. You pay a bit more, but these guys are TOPS! They are more relaxed and I felt great about my purchase both of the time
