They will come out the day you call. That's the good part. They warranty their work for 30 days but if they fix the wrong thing, they won't cover the cost of fixing the right thing and if you go over your 30 day warranty by a few days, they won't honor it. In my opinion, if you have any problems that soon after service, it wasn't done right the first time... All in all, poor customer service.
