We we're in the market for a fairly inexpensive living room set and decided to try this place. We were promptly greeted by what seemed to be a helpful salesman who led us to a set that was pretty much what we were looking for. The only thing I was hesitant about was the stitching that connected the cushions to the back of the couch. It looked as if it would rip easily with strain. We have two large dogs who like to look out the window and will often stand on the couch to do so. I brought this concern up to the salesman who quickly replyed "Naw, that shouldn't happen but if it does just let us know and we'll have it repaired." So we purchased the set with faith in what we were told. We only had the furniture for a couple months before our ottoman's core support colapsed. We were able to get it replaced, but not without having to wait numerous weeks. When we were told it had finally arrived we went to pick it up only to find out that it actually hadn't arrived. They offered us a $20 comp
