I just happened to run across Matador while shopping in Chesterfield. Everything about this place is wonderful. The chips and salsa are made fresh, the top shelf margarita is even better then Hacienda, which was a shocker to me because I thought nothing compared. Service is spectacular and there are many wonderful appetizers and entrees to choose from. There are also a few tables outside to dine while the weather is nice. I only wish they had a location closer to Brentwood; however, it's worth the drive!
Pros: Chips, Salsa, Margaritas, Service...EVERYTHING!!
Cons: Wish they had more locations!! :)
