I expected that I would get a good sweat on with ashtanga and it is a total full body workout in the ashtanga classes. I tried the restorative class and that was not what I was expecting, it totally opened up my hamstrings and made my body fell really centered, I didn't think I would like that kind of yoga but it was cool. \r
I used to do yoga at the gym and its just not the same as a real studio, the gym is just a workout with hardly any instruction just all go go go go or slow slow slow.\r
I havn't tried the yoga/abs class but I hear it is really challenging and totally works the abs. The instructors are all good and i like the people that run it too. i would recommend this place to everybody.\r
