yogafuzion is truely a fuzion...its got a funky upbeat, ethnic style, a diverse selection of classes, and an incredible array of therapists. the design and layout of the studio itself are unique, and the staff and teachers are open, friendly, and extremely helpful...i feel a part of a ever expanding community of like mided individuals...which is sometimes hard here in la jolla...it seems to be a place that evolves and transforms with the needs of its clientele. i have been encouraging them to add in a dance program for months and since november they have brought in african dance, tribal fuzion belly dance, and soon classical indian dance.\r

i have tried 3 of the 8 masssage therapists who work in the wellness center and they were all highly skilled and i found myself feeling incredibly centered and clear following all of the sessions. each therapist has different styles that they focus on which i appreciate...i have learned alot about myself as well as diffect healing traditions from all over the world.
