I am not sure if they even touched my suit, but the shirts I had cleaned half of them shrunk and the other half have permanent wrinkles on them and of the 8 shirts I have probably never worn 4 of them again. My coat was not ticketed and I had to go find it because they almost lost it. This was the first time I have ever had my clothes dry cleaned so they would look nice for my new job and I was extremely disappointed with the job that they did.
