My gal and I ate here before a play. We were running late and only had an hour. The waiter ensured that we were out of there promptly and even had a cab waiting for us to whisk us away to the theatre. I thought the service was excellent. The food was also very good. I had the beef tenderloin and it was magnificent. it was cooked to perfection. It was rare, but not too rare. The sauce was also very good, not too over powering. The avocado appetizer was also very good. The lady had scalllops which were fabulous. Next time I will allow for more time. They had a great dessert menu.\r

I also liked the ""feel"" of the bistro...very funky place.
Pros: service, food, wine...nice place without pretense
