The server was inattentive, and we had to make several requests for drink refills, even going so far as to ask two other employees before receiving our first soft drink refill. The soft drinks were extra, with no free refills, so you would have thought they'd want to sell more! \r
Quality of food was inconsistent. Prime rib was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The chicken, however, was extremely dry. The breakfast items such as french toast, eggs, etc. were taken away too early, to be replaced by lunch/dinner items that were already available at three other serving areas. \r

The food quality and service did not live up to the $100 pricetag, before tip, for two people.\r

The tables were too close together. The view was, indeed, as wonderful as everyone has said.
