Don't judge this place on appearance. You just have to try their pie. I'm originally from Connecticut and my husband from New York so we have high pizza standards. It took us two years of searching to find a good pie in the southwest, and after trying Mario's pizza the search was over. They know how to do it. Their pizza is hands-down the best you'll find here in the desert. And it is incredibly addictive. I recommend the 20 inch plain cheese made thin like they sell their individual slices. It'll disappear faster than you can say ""Pizza how it oughta be"" (Mario's slogan).
