A friend and I went here for the famous mac n' cheese during lunch. When we got there (11:45) the place was empty, but as usual, it filled in very quickly. We were placed at a small two person table in a corner of the back room. Halfway through our meal, the waiter seated a large party of 8 directly next to us at a table suited for four. Once they sat down, their backs were pressed up against our table, their hair was practically in our food, and I was trapped in my seat. The waiter offered no apologies, and as the party was very loud and practically on top of us, we were forced to cut our lunch short. The food here is great and it's the best value around but this is not the first time I have experienced terrible service from them. Definitely give it a try, but know what you are getting into and don't expect good service!
