If you need assistance of any kind with the Pierce County District Court, forget about it. You are better off to save yourself the hassle and the time and hire an attorney. You'll likely end up getting the run around, wasting lots of your time and in the end paying whatever they choose to have you pay so that you can feed the budget. Hell, if they wanted a loan they should have just asked for it.
