This was quite possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I called and spoke to a very helpful representative from their central office, but upon arriving at the 1414 S. Wabash location, the service took a steep turn for the worse. The salesperson on site was extremely unprofessional. First of all she told me that the space I had reserved was not available, and that only more expensive spaces were available. The space for which I had received a confirmation number "had other people's stuff in it." I inquired further about the more expensive spaces and could not be told why these spaces (with apparently the same dimensions) were more expensive. Add to that a litany of other costs and the new price came out to be 20% higher than I had anticipated. When I asked her for a final total, I was told that she didn't know until she ran all the paperwork and that would take 30 minutes. She wasn't going to run the paperwork unless she knew I was going to purchase. I told her I wouldn't purchase until I knew the total and she gave me nothing but a blank stare.
Pros: Location, hours.
Cons: Customer service was atrocious.
