I do like that they are flexible about some things, but overall it has been more a pain than anything else to try and get $ from debtors through MEDCONN. Also, they are not doing well on giving updates, plus they haven't returned my calls (many times!).
Pros: Sounds good at first.
Cons: Not following through on their word, nor do they do well to call back.
