When I first got in, she told me to put a pair of those special undewear on. I was wondering why I needed one of those if I was getting a brazilian. Turns out they had put me down for the incorrect service. I was fine with that. The young lady that was helping me that day was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
However, the service she provided was just mediocre. This was the second time I had gotten a brazilian and felt that the person at Fran Coy Salon did a better job. The individual at Bana took a longer time and seemed to have to go over spots several times. When she was done, there were still some hairs left, not just one or two that I could get rid of myself. What bothered me was that she said next time I could try trimming the hair beforehand to make it less painful. Isn't she supposed to do that??
