However, now the entire staff has changed and I wouldn't go back if they paid for my service! Obliviously they don't treat their employees well and that's why the whole staff has changed. When I asked one of their concierge what had happened, she just said 2 quit and 1 had pulled a muscle. It seems a little weird to me considering the 3 people that I loved are gone and they conveyed to me how much they loved their jobs. The only conclusion I can come up with is that upper management came in and changed the staff around. Now the atmosphere is very bleak. The new concierge is gitty and not by any standards, professional. They are never going to find a better massage therapist than Allan and Paula. They were amazing! I hate it when I find a place I love to go to for a service and I love the people there and then one day, bam the staff has changed. It makes me as a customer feel uneasy.
Pros: The spa has nice soothing colors to it; it is esthetically pleasing.
Cons: Not professional and the environment is bleak.
