Three of us had the tasting menu, which at $150/pp (including the butter-poached lobster) seems a little extreme for the food that arrived. I enjoyed nearly all of the dishes (tomato broth overwhelmed some nice lobster ravioli), and a few of dishes were real standouts: tender swordfish in green curry, the green apple and vodka drink that came with the tartare, a seared scallop with a smear of sherry reduction, etc. The matching wines were $70 and very well done. Based on our empty plates, I would say that desserts were a success. For the most part the flavorings are subtle, and if you don't like subtlety you may not appreciate rm as much as I did.\r

I recommend rm, though I have to say that I think the meal I ate wasn't quite worth the price I paid for. But that seems to be par for the course in Vegas.
